We just got our first egg from our 4-and-a-half month old RIR!
It was real small, but real cute.
Anyone else found their first egg?

Congratulations! It is so exciting to find their 1st eggs, isn't it!!!! I have 2 RIR's, one has been laying about 2 weeks and the other is just starting ! The 1st layer was 19 1/2 weeks when she started the other is about 21 weeks old. My profile pic here is Clara's very 1st egg! Now I have to just get my cuuckoo marans to start giving us some of the beautiful brown eggs!! lol! ~Beulah
