Our female just laid her first egg this morning! We weren't even sure she was a female yet.... She's only about 2 months old.... Is this normal? If so, what's my next step? We weren't prepared to deal with eggs and laying this soon!

wow that is early ! i guess.... mine are 2.5 and i thought they all started about 4-5 months before laying ... im no eggs-pert tho lol maybe someone else more experienced will chime in .. good luck!

Well.... Everything I read said it is super early. I'm wondering if our runner is not a male.... But a female!
