First egg

So I got my chickens 5 weeks ago and today while I was at school one of my girls laid the first egg it's so small and the other day only one of them showed the sign that it getting ready to lay but tonight I went to go check on them and three of them started to do the same thing the first one had been doing before it laid e finally

Congrats! I remember when one of my chickens laid the first egg. She laid it during a hurricane for whatever reason

It was only about the size of a marble, but it was there!!! Now their eggs are so big they barely fit in the egg cartons I have!

They are a mix between white rock and Rhode Island Red and I have 6 hens
