Hello!
I am new to the group and new to raising chickens. I have six chickens who are 18 weeks old (give or take a day or two). Two Leghorns (Nugget and Drumstick), two California Whiites (Buffy and Dot), and two Isa Browns (Cara and Henrietta). Found the first three eggs today and wondering how to tell who laid them. From what I've read, the Leghorns typically produce earliest, but the eggs are brown. Could the Isa Browns be laying this early? I've included pics, it looks like the Isa Browns are the only ones with red ear lobes.. Also, one of the eggs has a lot of white speckles, is that normal? Thanks in advance for any replies! Love my girls!!

I have a chick that flies on my arm by choice I've never had a chicken that has done that. So she's become my favorite, weird thing she's about 2 months old and has no tail at all.
