Yay! I can't wait for my chickens to start laying! I have EEs so I want to see what colors their eggs are going to be.

Your eggs are so big compared to mine! My EE give me the cutest little things right now.i can't wait for them to really start producing.
The egg on the left is from my neighbor's chickens, the right is from one of my EE

I'm anxiously awaiting my first eggs they are 16 weeks this week.

I have a mix of breeds. 5 EE 3 blrw 2 buff orphington 2 barred rock 3 partridge rock. 1 ss. about 1/2 have big fat fluffy butt and have reddening combs and wattles. I'm so excited.

It surprised me my first egg layer was my silver laced the double yolk came from my sex link ha ha it might be next year before I get any more
