Our red sex linked laid her first egg yesterday!! We think she laid it right at 4 months of age. We are proud of her. She showed all the symptoms. Her waddle and comb got bigger and redder and she would immediately squat when attempting to pet. It is a little small, but we understand it is her first. We will talk to her about thinking about putting out bigger ones. lol
Attached is a picture of her egg next to a large grade A egg from the store.

Congrats! I had a third but It was broke and on top of the nest box under the roost. I think she dropped it from the roost. Silly girl.
