Our pretty girls began laying today! The smallest RIR laid first, then a PBR, then I think the other RIR. We have 2 RIR, 2 PBR, and 2 EE. NO EE eggs yet. I can't believe 3 girls began laying on the same day!! All used different boxes. We have 4 boxes for the 6 chickens. The boxes worked great, and the golf balls helped for sure. Boy, what a noise the smallest girl (chicken little) made!

Can anyone point me to the instructions for posting pics?

We are soo happy for our girls, Tim

Look under Forum Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). I believe the first subject is about posting pictures. Congrats on the "first eggs!" Would love to see a picture!! [IMG]

CONGRATS! It is so exciting to find the first eggs or eggs. Mine started laying a few weeks ago and waiting for the rest to start. To download a pic, click on "uploads" at the top of the page in the blue bar. Then click on "browse", downlaod the pic and then cut and paste the "image" info into a thread post. Looking forward to seeing your eggs and the girls that laid them [IMG]
