First flock in North Carolina

Hi. I am a retired teacher trying to start a flock in the mountains of western N.C. I raised 10 chicks and they are now about 10 weeks old, outside in a secure run with a coop. Last night it went down to 39 but they did fine. I'm looking forward to learning from everyone.
