Update,
We received 20 birds on March 6th. We lost 2 layers and 1 rooster the first 3 days, and had one get pasty butt... the one with pasty butt made it just fine after reading the treads here... our remaining flock of 17 moved out into the outdoor coop on April 4th, and we got 12" of snow that day! So far so good... Pictures of most of our layers... 2 Ameraucanas, 1 Australorp (we lost one the first few days), 1 Ideal 236 (lost one of these too), and 2 Buff Orpingtons...
