First flock questions...

I have had my first flock of girls for a few months , 3 BR and 3 BO. (i'm not sure that 6 chickens count as a flock but oh well.) They have been great. My question is besides clean water, feed, and shelter are there any basic needs I am missing? Do they need vaccinations, worming, check ups, ....??They get plenty of treats. Is there anything I shouldn't give them? They free range 12 hours a day. Thanks in advance for your knowledge.

I'm new to this too, but from what I've read, banana peels and raw potatoes are not good for them.

They also need shade, to get out of the heat.
