First green egg!

I also have an easter-egger..I have been concerned because everyone else is laying, but she has not started to yet...they are all 6mo.old...She goes into the nesting box, sits....but then - Nothing. This had been going on for several weeks. She also seems to be on the bottom end of the pecking order. Any thoughts??

My EE's took alot longer, but once one of them starting laying the other 3 followed suit within a couple weeks. We have two that lay olive colored eggs, one green, and one light blue/green. The olive colored ones have a really rich, dark color; the others are pretty light comparatively. Don't worry, they won't hold out forever!
