First Hat Trick

I did not expect our ladies to start laying in January. Today however they graced us with three eggs in one day for the very first time. Not bad for eight six month old pullets.

What color would the middle egg be considered???

I'd call it tan or light brown.

Several. Easter eggers, Production Blues, a Red Sex Link and a Buff Orpington. I know the green and dark brown are an EE and a Blue because I've caught them in the act.

That's kind of what we were thinking. A family member has Buff's and there eggs also look like that.
