FIRST HATCH 7 out of 7 HATCHED....YAYYYYY...!!!

Hi all

Our first hatch and we got 7 out of 7 hatched. All Pekin Chickens and they are so cute. My wife cannot leave them alone... Typicall mother...lolol

I am going to try to upload a picture of them but if it fails I will post it on our family website and put the link up later today...

Its a great felling when you make your own incubator and get 100% hatch rate on the first time... NOT THAT I AM BOASTING..lololol

Congratulations on the hatch!!!

If the chicks are constantly gathering under the heatlamp and not wondering all over the brooder then you might need to lower the heatlamp an inch or so. Just a thought....
