I would like to thank everyone here. Being a complete newcomer to hatching, I was able to build my own incubator and successfully hatch 18 of 20 eggs by just reading and
learning from all the knowledge in the forum.
I built a large cabinet incubator and bought the egg turners because I was very anxious to give it a try. For a trial run I only used 20 eggs. One was a non starter and one failed
to pip. Eighteen eggs hatched beginning about 5am Thanksgiving morning till about 6am this morning.
The dark ones are Barred Rock/Silver Laced Wyandott
The lighter ones are Pure SLW
