First hatch and I've got a few questions.

The eggs in the incubator aren't hatched. You're confusing me. Even with a broody hen you need to collect the eggs until you have how many you want her to have and then give them to her. If a broody has staggered eggs after the first couple days they are likely to abandon the older eggs in order to care for the new chicks.
 
As long as they are stored properly, you can collect and them give them back to her that way they will be due at the same time. When you do give them to her, if she is not separated from others you want to mark the eggs and then check everyday to take out the unmarked eggs that the other will lay.
