First hatch eggtopsy- what happened to these? Pics

Day 21 had an egg pip at 7, it started unzipping around 1am and then nothing checked on it after 12 hours and it was dead. Egg 2 pipped around 1am and then nothing, checked on it about 5pm and it was dead too. Temp is at 99.5 humidity at 70. I had a cold spell day 18 when I took my egg turner out the incubator wouldn't get the temp back up. It was around 94.
Is there something I can change before my other eggs pip (if they pip).

I've been looking for something like this and couldn't find it. This is great, thanks! So I wonder if it was the low temp at day 18. It's crazy to me though that they would live through it and then die later.
