anyone else out there setting eggs this weekend?
I bought a grab bag, trying to get mostly marans and welsummers and Barnies...
did get some of each of those, but also got some Ancona, Americanaaa, Faverolle, Dorking, Cochin and Seramas!
I should be quite overrun with chicks if they hatch...
but the box was pretty hammered by the USPS... had a good number of scrambled broken eggs.... so we will see.
I put some of my own eggs in there for good measure...
some of my 'pink' eggs, 'green' eggs, Ivory eggs, and one BCM... she's molting and not laying much.
and of course the mix breed hens are laying like heck, so six of those... LOL...
should get a TON of roos! (it's my luck)
anyone with me??? the count down... Day 1!!!
and, anyone with advise on Serama's, they are teeny... don't they hatch different??? earlier??? need help with those...
