First hatch of duck eggs

This is my first time hatching sick eggs. My first egg pipped in day 25 which was on Sunday. Today is Tuesday and still no duckling. There is a good sized hole in the egg and the duck is moving it's beak and peeping but not zipping any further. Is there anything I should do or do I just wait? UPDATE...it hatched 20 minutes after I posted this. My daughter was talking to it and apparently that was all the motivation it needed! Thanks!

I think most people here would suggest to let it alone to do it's thing. I've helped a few chicks and ducks in the past, but to be honest they weren't the strongest. That egg shell is nature's first test, if you help them pass it then you're only setting them up for failure in the future. Just my opinion.
