Ok, so Day 21 begins this afternoon and ends tomorrow afternoon (if you want to get technical about it)
Last night I got 2 pips, then today I got a third, and this morning 1 hatched!
Right now I have all the resevouirs at the bottom of the incubator full, as well as half an ice tray, a small ceramic dish (just cover with water at the bottom to prevent drowning), and two wet washcloths in there.
I am still only achieving 55-60% humidity.
Should I just let it be or should i continue to attempt to bring the humidity up?
Can I use a spray and mist inside the incubator through the large vent holes? (which i know not to plug up!)

The chick that hatched today I have a few concerns about:
She zipped the side of the egg instead of the end
Is this an indication of malposition, or too small an airsac? Should I be concerned for the others?
She is also walking around with her egg shell still attached by a cord which still has bright red vessels in it, and when she first hatched, although her yolk was inside her it was still very visible through her skin.
Are any of these reasons to be concerned? There is no actual bleeding except for a tiny spot here and there. (I know not to pull or cut that cord though)
Is it possible that she came early and wasn't quite ready to come out? Is my temp too high? (was at 101 at the top of the eggs with no fan, now it is 100 a t the top of the eggs for hatching)

Update:
The chick detached from the egg and the cord, now she just has a little red nub on her bum (which i think is normal?)
Another chick began to zip, again this one is doing so on the side like the other

I've had them hatch a little early like that and drag their shell around for a while, they've been fine. I'm a little confused about how they're zipping though. Mine always pip somewhere on the side of the shell and zip the fat end off. The only time I'm concerned is when they pip at the smaller end of the egg. As long as they're coming out of the end that holds the air sac, they should be good to go. Maybe I'm misunderstanding? Good luck!

yeah instead of zipping off the fat end of the shell she zipped out the side of the shell, sort of taking off half the fat end (not near the small end) like cutting the corner i guess you could say.

Ah, I got cha!

Maybe they're just lazy? I dunno, as long as they're at the fat end I wouldn't be too concerned. Have they made any progress?

well I have 5 chicks that have hatched, the last 3 zipped normally so i think the first two were just a fluke!
3 more pips and 5 more to go
