First hatch was an EPIC fail.... don’t know what to do

so two out of my four turkey eggs have externally pipped about 24 hours ago. There is no further movement from one egg and the other egg was moving around for about 8 hours then nothing. Like I said it’s been 24 hours and no further progress. I have heat on 99.5* and humidity at 72

In my experience, turkey eggs that have been pipped for more than 24 hours without any zipping will die in shell unless assisted. This is usually caused by too high of humidity during the incubation phase. There is usually insufficient increase in the size of the air cell which can allow the poult to become to big to be able to maneuver around and zip. They can also become shrink wrapped by the membrane drying out with the pip open too long without any zipping.
