first hatch!

This is my first time hatching eggs. I put 18 in on March 17th. On April 7th my first chick hatched. When I candled them on April 4th I noticed 7 didn't look like they had grown. It is now April 10th and I have had 6 chicks hatch and seem to be healthy. My question is, how much longer do I wait for the others to hatch? I did candle them again this morning, and with the 12 left, 7 still don't look like they have grown, and another 3 look like they have stopped since April 4th.

thank you! that was my thought but wasn't sure if there would be any hope for the couple that could possibly be okay. Id just hate the thought of throwing out viable lives.
