first hatch ?

I have a few out they look dry but I'm no sure does anyone have pics they hatched a few hours ago!!

I always leave the chicks in the incubator over night or until the hatch is finished...takes a few hours for them to dry and hurts the others pipping by opening the incubator too much...your temps and humidity will drop even tho you think it comes back quickly it still hurts the hatch of pipped eggs...
