First hatched egg..some blood on mat

I am a newbie and this is my first hatch. In pictures of newly hatched chicks I have not seen blood. There is no more fresh blood. Not that I can do anything about it, just wondering if this is normal. Also, how soon should I expect the chick to be strong enough to stand instead of flopping.

Yes a little blood is normal. That depends on the chick. Some are up almost before they are even dried and others take a few hours. I don’t panic unless it’s been 24 hours then I dose with b vitamins.

Yeah looks fine. He should start standing up straight after a few hours.

.. dont miss the B17 'miracle' vitamin .. apricot kernals, i eat them by the handful lol .. dont believe the google lies ..
