First hatching experience!

My temps keep fluctuating between 100 and 102, is this difference going to hurt the eggs? I am trying to keep the inside temp the same but the weather has been changing so much down here that is so hard to do!
 
Candled last night, day 8! I saw movement in 18 eggs!!!! I am so excited!!!! A little less than 2 weeks to go!!!!!!

I just couldn't wait lol!!!! I got 6 chicks from TSC Valentines day, and got 5 yesterday from a local! And I have over half of my eggs with life in them!!!!! Today is day 14 so I will candle again tonight!!

Lockdown is tomorrow!!!! Not long till hatch day!!!!! I can't wait!!!! 23 out of 25 eggs are going into lockdown!!! I am so excited! One question before I lockdown. I put the eggs in on the 7th, at 2:30. would yall count that as day one or count the 8th as day one. If I go by the 7th then tomorrow is lockdown, if I do by the 8th then Monday will be lockdown!
 
I am on day 20 and temp is 100 and humidity is at 62%! I saw lots of wiggling yesterday, but only saw one wiggle so far today!!! I sure hope I get my first pip today!!!!!!! I am so nervous!!!

They rest before they pip, so things can get eerily quiet after they turn tward the air cell...that was the wiggling. If you want to wake them, try singing or talking. Momma hen isn't quiet through all this....heck, my flock coos while sleeping.
 
OMG!!! I woke up to a pretty little yellow baby!!!! And 6 PIPS!!!!! I woke up about 2:30 and checked, and everything was still the same, so she made alot of progress between 2:30 and 5:30 this morning!!! Definately not going anywhere today unless I have too!!!! Here is a pic!
