Yesterday was day 23 and a egg was pipped in the morning. I came home went to sleep, woke up and there was almost no progress. I cant raise the humidity anymore so I dont know when I should start helping it, its been more then 24 hours since I first noticed a pip. Any help?

It may be fine, or it may have run out of energy and died in the shell. Is it still alive? Can you see it moving? Did it pip at the air cell end of the egg? If it hasn't, then it is malpositioned and will struggle to get out. What is your humidity? If it's above 65%, that should be enough. What has your temperature been set to throughout the hatch? 23 days is at the long end of normal, which may indicate lower than preferable temperatures have been used.

I have kept the temperature at 100. I can hear him and see his beak moving around in the hole. The humidity reads at 45-55 I filled all the water wells completly and it wont raise anymore. It did peep at the low end of the air cell, so everything seems right to me except its taking a really ling time. And the humidity has been low. Both air vents are open though.

Leave the air vents open. Ventilation is really important. You may want to put a warm damp sponge or rag into the incubator in order to get the humidity up. The chick is probably having a rest before it breaks out, so leave it be. Please read this article for more information about hatching chicks https://www.backyardchickens.com/a/hatching-eggs-101
