As someone suggested I put the babies straight out in the run, in their brooder. The ladies I already have which are 6 months old now have paid them zero attention. There are windows in the front of the brooder where they can see in and they really can't be bothered. I suspended the heat plate over one end of the brooder with chains connected to a carabiner and then rope up to a hook attached to the run wall. I also had a little hampster house that I got for my hedgehog that he didn't like so I put that in there and they seemed to have fun going in and out of it. They have a zylaphone to peck at and a mirror with a pumice stone on the bottom so I think they are good for now. I plan to make a little roost for them.

Just went to check on them to see how they were doing and they were splayed out near the heat plate so I guess they are warm enough and happy. They got to the water and food and seem to be doing well ... despite the loss of one of their box mates. I chopped up a little bit of hard boiled egg for them which they devoured.

So far so good. I want to go check them again but I woke them up last time so I think I will let them be until morning when I go let the big ladies out.
