First Night Out - so nervous!

Tonight's our chicks first night out in the hen house. They are fully feathered and seem quite happy to have so much more space now but augh, it's going to get down to 46 tonight and they are going to be cold. I hope they remember to sit up on their roost out of the cold sand bedding and huddle for warmth! I'm sure they'll be fine but I am losing my mind worrying about their fuzzy little butts.
 
I know what you mean.

I had chickens years ago, but I still felt anxious when I put my little pullets out for the first time a few weeks ago.



They should be fine...

I REMEMBER WHEN MY BABIES WENT OUT ALMOST 2 WEEKS AGO AND THE WHERE PEEPING AND MY HEART WAS BRAKING AND SOME ONE TOLD ME GIVE THEM 2 HOURS AND THEY WOULD BE QUITE AND THEY WHERE AND NOW THEY ARE HAPPY LITTLE BIRDS. BUT I STILL GO OUT AND CHECK ON THEM A FEW TIMES BEFORE I GO TO BED AND FIRST THING IN THE AM BEOFRE IM EVEN DRESSED IM OUT THERE CHECKING ON THEM
