Nice blue. Did he come from feral flock or breeders came from such a population?

Males are loud, no matter if alone, in twos or pair. They simply react to any noise when they're "hyper" during breeding season peak.

Pen size is fine for just one peacock, especially if there are other birds in the pen too. Awesome height- peafowl love to roost as high as possible. If you want another peacock or peahen, and there are also other birds in pen, make it a little longer- 12 x 30 would be better.

As he is full adult and a lone one.. really is best to keep him confined 6 months or more. Adults are the hardest to adapt to a new place. Especially if he was free range or came from place with other peafowl.

I got him a wife... BUT I have been noticing some of his tail feathers are coming out 28 feathers to be exact I went in and picked them all up! He is very calm when I go in he doesnt really mind if I touch him. But why is all his feathers coming out? Is it normal? He is eating drinking then he does on his perch and preans his feathers.

Yes, he's molting. Males shed the tail feathers nearly all at once when they start molting, usually in August, with some starting earlier others later. Then they start growing new ones(again all at once) through the fall/winter & will be full sized by spring time.

When the feathers come out easily it's a very clear sign the molt has started on a bird.
