First Pip Day 19

Hi this is my first time incubating and seeing eggs hatch! I was wondering is it okay to leave the egg in the egg turner while its hatching? Ill supervise it every hour to make sure if it does hatch it doesnt get hurt. And is it possibly to put the hatching egg under a light bulb?

I would turn the turner off. I would not put the egg under a light bulb as temperature and humidity control would be nearly impossible.

I wish i can turn off the egg turner but its just 1 chick hatching. Can I remove it from the turner and put it on the side in the incubator?

Are all eggs on day 19? If so turning off the turner is not a problem.

Agree, you can actually safely turn off the turner as early as day 14, though most wait until day 18.

No some are a 5 days younger and some are 2-3 days younger. Theres another chick the same age as the one that's hatching but i haven't seen a pip from it yet i should see one tomorrow
