first pip in the small end

my first bramha has pipped right on time, but its in the small end should I watch it and help if needed or will it be ok. I've hatched several times but never had one do this... it must be a lefty

it should be ok if it has piped through the shell. More than likely it will be a political canidate some day seeing as it dont know which end is up.
