I have 45 quail eggs on lockdown, 2 hatched over night, and the wife says another dozen hatched since I left for work.
I will be putting another 55 on lockdown in about a week.

I only have chickens and ducks (sometimes turkeys), but never had quail so have to enjoy cheering for quail hatches.

I thought that I had taken pictures of my chicks, I went to photos to post them and they weren’t there?
I always send pictures to my granddaughter.

Quail are easy, and they grow really fast, your numbers will get out of hand quickly.
I have at least 112 on hand not counting the ones hatching now, plus I have given away 40 chicks to a friend.
They hatch fast and grow fast, and they are really good eating.

After 3ish hours of struggle, Argyle has hatched! I’m naming these 3 after stranger things characters!
