I’m an veterinarian specializing in avian disease, so it was a simple test. I dealt with a woman’s WHOLE FLOCK that had Mareks, so I must have somehow brought something contaminated home
. It sucks but it’s part of the job.

How?
Did you get testing?
It's unusual for Quail to have Marek's.
Also Marek's disease does not usually present symptoms until around week 8+, so just hatched chicks generally do not die due to Marek's disease.
