I just ordered 50 fast broilers from mt healthy with 25 bonus cockrels shipped for $126.

Ideal can't ship until oct 23rd which is too late for me. Other hatcheries only offered straight run and I want all cockrels.. I feel bad dressing out girl chickens.

my turkeys are almost the size I want them for freezer camp, 2 rouen drakes and5 bunnies are going to freezer camp this weekend and we're breeding our meat does again.

I'm still on the hunt for dwarf nigerian does IN MILK. Not easy to do. My bf is building my goat enclosure and redoing my layers pen for goats and to get it ready for winter.

The biodynamic caldenar said it's going to be a warm September but a brutal wet october. I hope it's wrong

How much do you think I should spend on meat birds and how much do you think I should charge for 5-6 after about 6-8 weeks

I charge $5 per day old chick and $4 per week to feed/take care of them and the people wanting them need to dress them out or pay $5 for us to do it.

my 25 slow grow Welp broilers arrived at daybreak. Healthy and sound. I don't think their leggs are as large as the last regular CX

They are feathering as fast as the CX did. At 3days old they have quite a few wing feathers

Anyone have any cx they want to part with for around hatchery prices?id probably pay more for already started or near processing stage... And just out of curiosity I don't really want to raise a Cornish x for my breeding programe but need a Roos DNA anyone can help with that?
