These are shrink bags that Jessica told me about. They work great. Now I need some Turkey size!! What DO y'all use for turkeys??

We have our first batch of cornishX almost ready for camp.... 8June hubby says... two big guys are gonna be sunday dinner here this week though. We recently moved home again since hubby is retirin from the ARMY after 26 years and we always do sunday dinner at our home with seven to nine of our family peoples. Anyhoo... we have looked at the bags... do they come with ties? Need ties? Does the packaing have 'structions on how to use em? Do we need anything extra other than bags and hot water? We recently saw the nifty bags and thought they would be much easier than our sucky bag thinger.
