We always process in the evening. Mostly because we work 7 days a week and have to do it after work and partly because we don't like mornings. I'm with you on the day drinking DK. I can't drink and go about my day. After the evening processing, it is easy ending it with the refreshing adult beverages.

Holm: That egg is lovely! I have a sexlink pullet that lays eggs that large. They are always double yolkers.

I'm guessing it is. That is her last egg of hers that not going in the bator she and my roosters original hens r going in a coop finally. Hoping I can get some toads like Ralphie.

Can you give us a profile picture so we can see her breast? How old is it? The breast looks a little small (concave) for a CX. Does it have light of heavy feathering?

Looks CX to me. A little to wide to be a leghorn, but that could be just the pic. The head looks CX..

That is why I asked those other questions, it looks too big to be leghorn, I am wondering if it is a Cornish rock (white rock)
