There are two things to be done with Cornish Crosses, dark meat and sexlinking. I thought they could either breed the genes into the stock, or to breed a different rooster carrying the genes bred with a Cornish Cross.

Dark meat has been solved,,,by TOADS...

Autosexing is non-issue, both sexes taste the same.

First,,,,I am willing to bet there is no state in the country where owning a rooster is illegal,,,,,Second...If it is a rooster by the time he crows you can have him in the freezer..
