Not sure if this is in the right place but wanted to tell you all about my chickens first outing into the snow and ice lol.
So yesterday night it sleeted so its like an ice rink out in the chicken pen and the chicken refuse to go out so i push a few out i now im mean but they have to get used to it lol any the frist chicken looked like a duck running across the water before take off i think just the tip of her claws touched the ground. the rest walked the fence line and went in and never came out so the wild bird got all there treats i throw out in there pen last night it snowed this time all came out but raven i guess she is not a snow bird lol. I hope they get over there fear of the winter stuff because folklore says it going to be a bad winter.
