First time broody questions

The first egg hatched over 48 hours ago. We have 3 chicks now. Three eggs left. Do I need to get the remaining 3 eggs and hatch them in incubator in case they are still ok so the mama hen can take the three babies and get them food and water

There are other options but that is probably a good way for you to try. I'm no totally sure if you will have a staggered hatch or not. The hen should take the ones already hatched off the nest later today or maybe tomorrow, this gives the later ones the best chance to hatch.
