Welcome. I agree with @DobieLover and @Kiki. I know this is a lot and the pre-manufactured coop industry leads people wrong when stating the number of chickens a coop can hold - which is about 1/3 of what they state. For your number of birds, I would get an 8x8 foot shed, add roosting bars and ventilation. Also, you do need hardware cloth instead of chicken wire around that coop and you need a hardware cloth apron. This is when you extend your hardware cloth to the ground and fasten well but then run it on the ground about 2-feet out around the perimeter to prevent predators from digging under. We are just trying to keep your chickens alive and happy and keep you from having the heartache of loss.
