First time chicken owner, is this normal??

5 week old Easter Egger sprouted these funky long feathers out of her tail. Been like this for over a week. Can't find anything on Google. Is this normal?

It's probably just molting, but it might just have some really wierd tail feathers. Or it's just a skinwaker that doesn't know how to chicken lol

ive found tails can vary quite a bit amongst chickens, not just length but how they hold it .. but that is some interesting coloration, its going to be cool looking ..
