Glad to see you here. Meat chickens are hard to raise beyond 13 weeks, unless you work really hard. I can't say that is not possible to raise meat birds because my meat birds are 4 years old and still going strong. I wouldn't suggest anyone getting meat birds to raise as pets. It's a tough job to do.
