First time Chicken owner

I have some hens that lay quietly, and two who are so noisy it ridiculous! Our lead hen, a barred rock, sings the egg song for herself, and all of her flock mates. If she notices them going in the nest, she stands outside "bagawk!, bagawk!", it is very important to her that we know an egg is coming.
