First time chicken owners

Hello, We are first time chicken owners. We have 11 10 week old pullets and are enjoying learnning all about them. Any advice you wish you knew when you got started fill me in.

Wish we knew? That they like the cold, and don't need a heat lamp. Seriously. They're gorgeous and happy in the winter. Plus, they're forced to eat their CHICKEN FEED when the snow and ice cover up their forage, so they look fabulous during the winter, with their fluffed up downypants on.

Good luck and have fun! Don't forget to love them. They thrive on TLC, and so will you!
