First time cotournix quail, lost incubator directions, is this okay?

So I marked the eggs and adjusted the roller dividers as some were too tight not allowing the eggs to roll. However I've now noticed that the after a few rolls back and forth the eggs end up air sac down.

It's got a lattice like grate under the eggs, but I'm inclined to pull the roller out and hand turn as I thought the air sac needed to be up.
Thoughts?
