First time duck hatcher. HELP!!!!

OHHH I see what your saying now about the stat! Silly me. Well I got the temp hovering between 98-100. Thats good for ducks right?It took some tweaking but I think I got it. My humididty is my only consern now.

As far as I see it, it is extremely rough trying to get eggs to hatch from a home-made incubator that doesn't include a decent thermostat... Honestly, a Little Giant incubator for $40 is your best bet... Even if it's not perfect, it's better than an incubator without a thermostat.
