First time egg hatcher - Ancona Ducks!!

Hello everyone!
I just candled eggs this morning and we have 7 live ones!! Hoping to get some advice on here about how to go about doing this the all-natural way.
I have a real good, mature mumma sitting on them, but I'm not sure how to go about letting them hatch. My current plan is to let them be and allow the strong to survive.
Any advise and input would be appreciated!
