First time egg layer, only one egg :(

So right now I have four hens that were all born the same day. One golden sex link, two barred rocks and a cuckoo maran. My golden started laying perfectly beautiful brown eggs about three weeks ago. My maran had been acting ready, making a nest, being submissive. Anyway, she layed a tiny little soft egg that was cracked on Saturday. She hasn't laid since. Is that normal for some first timers?

Maybe she needs more calcium.?

her egg was soft so maybe she needs calcium or some other nutrients to help her. I'm sure it's normal for them to skip days when they first start laying, the laying has not regulated yet.

Small eggs, soft-shelled eggs and/or intermittent eggs are very common for the first few weeks of laying.
