First time egg-layers

At what age do Rhode Island Reds start to lay? I know mine are still early yet, they are only 11 weeks, but I would like to know when to start expecting them?

Mine is 20 weeks and no eggs yet.

My original RIRs started laying at 17 weeks. My pullets now are 19 weeks and nothing yet.
