First time entering chickens into the fair and have questions.

I'm going to enter a few of my chickens into the local fair and was wanting all advice you all can give. A few of my chickens had mites (AGAIN) and I've got them all killed off and am now hoping and praying that with a lot of TLC and vaseline, I can get the scaley legs looking good.

Are there things I should know/do before drop off day (Sept. 28th)?

I just thought of a question...do they provide the cages?
