I am a New momma to: 2 silkies, a Turken, buff Orpington. Light brahma and a black australorp. Their names are George, Stella, nellie, hazel, Ethel and Bessie... They are 3 weeks old now and seem to change daily! I grew up with chickens and have such fond memories of playing "school" with the chicks! We would build elaborate schools for them out of large cardboard boxes, complete with a cafeteria and classrooms! Such imaginations we had
After 27 years of marriage i FINALLY convinced my hubby to let me have some feathered babies. They are living in a brooder box with a heat lamp in our house except George and Stella, they are a lil older and are now living in their new home outside. I am excited to be a part of this wonderful community!
